We will cover the following:

1. Defective items (manufacture and design defects)
2. Items dead on arrival (DOA)

We will not cover anything aside from the top two, including but not limited to:

1. Water damage
2. Cosmetic damage
3. Damage caused by improper usage
4. Physical damage (transport, drops, heavy impacts, etc.)
5. Damage caused by natural disasters
6. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs by a third party

1. The warranty will only be valid during the warranty period.
2. The original packaging for the product must be present.
3. The physical/digital receipt must be present along with the order number.

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claims should the above conditions not be met.

The warranty period for our watches will be 3 months from the date of purchase.

1. We will inspect the product and try to identify the problem.
2. If we can find the problem, we will try to fix it accordingly.
3. If we cannot fix or find the problem, we will either replace the product or give a full refund, subject to availability.

The warranty is non-transferrable, only the original owner of the timepiece can make a warranty claim.
