Returns Policy

1. Only new items are eligible for returns. Used items and deposits are not eligible to be returned.
2. The item must have the original packaging and original accessories
3. The item must have the original seal(s) and tag
4. The item must be unused
5. The packaging must be unopened
6. The original receipt along with the order number must be present
7. The person making the return must be the same person who bought the item (as per receipt)

We reserve the right to reject a return should the above conditions not be met.

The return window is 3 days after the date of purchase as stated on the receipt.

1. We will inspect the item to make sure it is eligible to be returned
2. If the item is accepted to be returned, you will be refunded in the form of store credit

• The warranty is non-transferrable, only the original purchaser of the product can claim the warranty.
