Please read the following information regarding our warranty policies before purchasing from us. By purchasing any of our items, you agree to the terms below.

Warranty Coverage

We will cover the following:

  1. Defective items (manufacture and design defects)
  2. Items dead on arrival (DOA)

We will not cover anything aside from the top two, including but not limited to:

  1. Water damage
  2. Cosmetic damage
  3. Damage caused by improper usage or installation
  4. Physical damage (transport, drops, heavy impacts, etc.)
  5. Damage caused by electrical discharge or electrical surges
  6. Damage caused by natural disasters
  7. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs by a third party

Warranty Conditions

  1. The warranty will only be valid during the warranty period.
  2. The original packaging for the product must be present.
  3. The physical/digital receipt must be present along with the order number.

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claims should the above conditions not be met.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for new products will be as follows unless stated otherwise:

  • Main PC Components* - 9 Months
  • Other Products - 6 Months
  • Full Builds - 12 Months

The warranty period starts on the date of the receipt of a purchased product.

* Main PC Components are any products that fall into the listed categories:

  • CPU
  • CPU Cooler
  • Graphics Card
  • RAM
  • Motherboard
  • Internal Storage Device (e.g. SSD)
  • Power Supply Unit
  • PCIe WiFi / Bluetooth Adapter

Warranty Procedure

  1. We will inspect the product and try to identify the problem.
  2. If we can identify the problem, we will try to fix it accordingly.
  3. If we cannot fix or find the problem, we will either replace the product or give a full refund, subject to availability.

Other Info

  • The warranty is non-transferrable, only the original purchaser of the product can make a warranty claim.
