Troubleshooting Service

NOTE: We only perform troubleshooting on Desktops

Please message us via Instagram DMs or WhatsApp to give us details regarding the issue before bringing over your PC. 

For cleaning, we will generally charge at least $20, depending on how much needs to be cleaned.

For repasting, we will charge a minimum of $18, depending on your choice of thermal paste and the complexity of your cooling solution. You may choose which thermal paste you wish to use, and we will charge according to the paste you choose.

For general troubleshooting, we will charge a base of $15. We will try to diagnose the problem and fix it if possible. In the event that we do not find the problem, we will not charge anything.
